Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Products may be shipped via USPS or UPS flat rate and/or priority. Cost of shipping is based on weight.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your items. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Damaged or new, unused products will be accepted for exchange or refund depending on customer's preference.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@beauteatyourservice.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a tracking method for your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of you item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) business days from receipt of item to process. We will notify you by email.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
